This program will give you the tools to learn to listen to your body and eat intuitively so you can create your own healthy lifestyle.


Strength and Metobolic Training paired with Active Recovery will help you lose fat, gain strength and energy so you can thrive in your own healthy lifestyle. 

Well-Being "heart shine"

You will learn to Prioritize Yourself and find ways to feed your heart which is the third and crucial piece creating your healthy balanced lifestyle.

This is NOT a diet

In order to lose weight in a healthy manner and create your own healthy lifestyle, you must implement certain things. We must eat the right food, at the right time, for the right reason. I am not going to tell you what to eat, ask you to weigh yourself or count your calories.  

You will NEVER hear me tell you to eat less and exercise more 

This program will give you the tools to learn to listen to your body and eat intuitively.

 You will NOT go hungry or feel deprived  

You will feed your body whole, nutrient dense foods to fuel you for the day. This program will focus on controlling your carbohydrate intake, and engaging in strength and metabolic training. We will focus on lower carb and higher carb days and learn to focus on macros (carbs/proteins/fats).  

You CAN enjoy treats and live your life 

On strength training days you will have room to enjoy your treats. Controlling carbs, focusing on macros and following the workouts I provide will set you up for success.  

You will learn to be intentional with your time and listen to your heart

You will also add the third element of gaining a healthy balanced lifestyle, learning to be intentional with your time and listening to your heart. Finding what makes your heart shine will be the cherry on top of finding your healthy balance. You will take care of YOU which will reduce your stress and provide you with energy to take care of your family, friends, work, church and community.

Marla-Deen began teaching group fitness classes years ago during law school. Health and Fitness quickly became a passion that has fueled her to continue to grow her knowledge and business in the wellness world. She loves sharing and helping others to create their personal balanced healthy lifestyle. 

She uses her own experiences, background, and gifts to coach groups and individuals in a holistic combination of nutrition, fitness and well-being. With that in mind, Marla-Deen came up with this 6 Week Better & Beyond Program for those looking to eat intuitively, exercise effectively and create space for their heart.

When not teaching classes or working, Marla-Deen is cooking in the kitchen for three boys, hanging with their three dogs, or has her nose in a good book.
